Gold Medal and Travel 2 have appointed new heads of contact centre sales for each brand and a new head of customer experience for dnata.
Simon Owen has been appointed as head of sales at Travel 2’s contact centre in Glasgow and Adrian James as head of sales at Gold Medal’s contact centre in Preston.
James has 20 years’ experience working in the travel industry, 14 years of these with Gold Medal. Owen has 26 years’ experience in travel, 10 of which have been with Gold Medal.
Felice Bretman, who has worked at Travel 2 for 14 years, has been appointed head of customer experience for dnata having previously held the role of business manager – worldwide reservations for Travel 2.
Lisa McAuley, managing director – tour operations B2B at Gold Medal and Travel 2 said: “The appointment of three new leaders, all armed with the depth of knowledge and experience that Simon, Adrian and Felice possess, will be pivotal to the continued growth and successes of Gold Medal and Travel 2.
